Returns & Replacements

At Hoppe Jewelers we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 14 days of purchase if the item is in new condition or is deemed to be defective. If the item is damaged we will replace or refund at your request. Return credits will not be issued until we receive the returned product and inspect. All returns must be returned with an assigned Return Authorization Number. Please email sales@hoppejewelers.com or call 1 (765) 962-7411 to process your return and for the return address.
